What are my payment options?
We recieve PayPal, 2Checkout and Western Union. You can cancel any deal, return the product and receive a full refund up to 14 business days. Currency can be changed by clicking on the currency at the top.
How do I place an order?
First, place the product(s) you want to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button, usually to the right of the product image. How do I track my order?
The first e-mail is sent immediately after we received your payment. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is shipped from our location and we will give you a tracking number. Please feel free to contact our customer service if you have any questions.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may inform us regard to your cancellation request before your order is shipped, which is typically within 24-48 hours after the payment is verified. Simply send us an email indicating the Order ID number, the Billing Name, Billing Address and the reason for canceling your order.
How do I subscribe to or unsubscribe from your newsletters?
You can sign up for our newsletter right on the home page. Look for the sign up box at the bottom of the site and enter your email address. If you want to unsubscribe from any of our email lists, simply use the Unsubscribe link on the newsletter in the email itself.
How to make sure whether I have finished the order process?

After you placed an order and once your payment has been verified, you are obligated to the purchase. You may return the items if you are not completely satisfied. However, if you refuse to accept the order shipment when it is delivered to you, we are not able to process the return.
