General Information:

1. MaxJewellery will not sell or disclose your name or email address to third parties without your explicit consent, except as   specified in this privacy policy.

2. MaxJewellery collects personal information when you register to use MaxJewellery services or to post content on The MaxJewellery store. At registration you are asked for your email address and certain other optional information.

1. These Terms of Use, their execution, validity and/or construction are exclusively subject to the laws of the State of Israel (without reference to the Conflict of Laws Rules thereof). Any dispute which relates directly or indirectly to these Terms of Use, their execution, validity and/or construction and/ or otherwise to your use of this Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Haifa District.
